I know it’s late but I couldn’t let the weekend begin without letting y’all know about the Free Beauty Events that may be happening in your area. If you have been following this blog, you are more than familiar with FBE and how much I love it. For you new Savvy Readers out there, Free Beauty Events is a site that list free makeover, gift with purchase, spa open houses and sampling events happening near your home.

For example, on May 10th and 11th, demonstrators will be at Rite Aid giving free samples and coupons of the new Revitalift Miracle Blur just in time for Mother’s Day. You can also celebrate Mother’s Day at H-E-B in Texas with a complimentary Almay makeover on May 12th. In addition to listing to free events, Free Beauty Events gives it’s readers a chance to win monthly prizes. For the month of May 2013, FBE will be giving away 10 prizes. Each prize will consist of Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash with NutriumMoisture, Dove Sensitive Skin Body Wash with NutriumMoisture, and Dove Beauty Bar for Deep Moisture. Each month, well except last month when I was M.I.A., I blog about Free Beauty Events, which is an awesome site that offers tons of info about all things beauty related. And as the name also suggests, you will find a listing of all the FREE makeovers, gifts with purchase, spa open houses and sampling events happening at various local beauty retailers, spas and salons across the US. And finding out what events are going in your area is easy….just head over to Free Beauty Events, enter you your zip code here and a list of FREE events will appear. Below are a few events you may find…

  • Rite Aid Winter Skin Event going on March 16th where demonstrators will be performing skin care demonstrations and educating customers on Olay Regenerist, Dove Body Wash, and Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. It’s a great opportunity to score free samples and coupons as well.
  • Also in March, Ulta will be having their Yes To Event, where demonstrators will be giving out coupons and sampling Yes to Blueberries Eye Firming Treatment, Yes To Tomatoes Daily Balance Moisturizer, Yes To Cucumbers Body Butter, and Yes to Cucumbers Towelettes.

And if you have an event that you would like to see listed on Free Beauty Events site, it’s easy too! All you have to do is submit a form and your event will be listed on the site for free. Woot! Woot! Here it is y’all the first Free Beauty Events for 2013. If you aren’t familiar with Free Beauty Events, check out my previous post here and here.

Y’all know that I’m a huge fan of freebies and giveaways of all kinds…that’s why I absolutely love Free Beauty Events. Each month they post a listing of all the free events, like makeovers, gifts with purchase, spa open houses and sampling events happening at various local beauty retailers, spas and salons across the US. To find out what events are going on in your area, just head over to Free Beauty Events, enter you  your zip code here and a list of FREE events will appear. Below are a few events you may find…

  • On January 19th, check out the Rite Aid Winter Skin Event at select stores. Demonstrators will be educating customers on Olay Regenerist, Dove Body Wash, and Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion.
  • On January 26th, Walgreens will be having their Glamour event in select cities. Demonstrators will be talking about the latest Tresemme products like Split Remedy Sealing Serum and Platinum Strength Heat Protect Spray. At some of these events there will also be hair stylists giving complimentary hair styles with the Tresemme products.

This month’s prize is a little different, it’s geared towards the fellas but that doesn’t mean you can’t enter ladies…just think it can be a little “I love you” gift for your guy, lol.
